Where we started
Tom Hudock and Dr. Claire Sira ran a coaching and education business for adults with ADHD. Their clients kept asking about formal assessments.
When those clients finally got one, the experience was either too fast to be useful or too slow to be accessible. A 30-minute physician visit. Or a 9-month waitlist and a $2,000 assessment.
Tom started talking to psychologists about their process. What he found: everyone was doing it differently, largely alone. No standard approach. No time to compare notes with colleagues. And the tools weren't closing the gap.
That's where Sasha came from.
Before Sasha, Tom ran an education business for adults with ADHD, started a cardiology software company, and an inquiry-based middle school. Watching his clients navigate the assessment system - the long waitlists, the incomplete results, the 30-minute physician visits - is what led him to start asking how clinicians could support clients without taking on more work.
He has spent three years talking with psychologists, physicians, and neuropsychologists about how they run assessments. That research is what Sasha is built from.

Dr. Claire Sira is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist with 15 years of experience and a specialization in ADHD assessment. She built Sasha's clinical layer from inside her own practice - the history forms, the questionnaire selection, the normed scoring, the report structure.
Every clinical workflow in Sasha has been reviewed and approved by her. When a feature affects how a score is presented or how a report reads, a psychologist has signed off on it first.
Before Sasha, she was completing one ADHD assessment in the time she now completes three. Same clinical standard. Different process.
She has completed over six years in leadership positions on the boards of directors for the BCPA and the CPA.
